Promotion

1. The Mauritius Commercial Bank Seychelles Limited (hereinafter referred to as “MCB Seychelles”), whose registered office is at Caravelle House, Manglier Street, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles, proposes this promotional offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”), to which the following Terms and Conditions shall apply.
2. The Offer is valid from 25th October 2026 to 20th December 2026 (both dates inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotional Period”).
3. A lottery draw shall be held at the end of December 2026 to award a prize to one lucky winner (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”).
4. The Winner shall be awarded a six-night package for two (2) persons to visit Rodrigues, Mauritius.
5. The Prize shall be strictly allocated to the Winner and shall not be assigned, transferred, redeemed in cash, sold, refunded, exchanged or otherwise disposed of.

Eligibility

1. MCB Seychelles individual customers aged 18 years and above who reside in Seychelles and hold a valid MCB Seychelles Visa Classic debit card, Visa Platinum debit card, Visa Classic credit card or Visa Gold credit card shall be eligible for the Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant(s)”).
2. One (1) entry into the lottery draw shall be allocated to a Participant for each approved payment made at a Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal or on an e-commerce/online site during the Promotional Period. Payments made with Visa Classic credit cards and Visa Gold credit cards shall qualify for double entries. Such payments are hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Payments”. Participants shall participate in the lottery draw subject to the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
3. The number of transactions made during the Promotional Period will be counted to determine the number of entries obtained by each Participant.
4. Card transactions will be counted at the primary cardholder level. Accordingly, transactions carried out using secondary card(s) will be added to those made by the primary cardholder to determine the total number of transactions.

Ineligibility

1. MCB Seychelles employees, customers under 18 years of age and MCB Visa Business cardholders are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
2. Primary and secondary cardholders with overdue credit card payments and/or overdue loan instalments, and/or who are subject to recovery procedures in relation to any credit facilities from the Bank, are also excluded from the Offer.

General Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the Offer, Participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be boundby them.
2. Transactions carried out locally or abroad, whether at Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals or on e-commerce/online sites, shall be recorded based on the authorisation date of each transaction within the Promotional Period.
3. Transactions carried out at automated teller machines (ATMs), bank counters (at any bank), financial institutions or casinos, as well as all forms of betting and payments or transactions involving cryptocurrency, will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
4. The current or savings account linked to a card must be in good standing and managed appropriately and satisfactorily, at the discretion of MCB Seychelles. If the account is voluntarily or involuntarily closed, terminated or blocked for any reason before, during or after the Promotional Period, MCB Seychelles reserves the right not to award the Prize.
5. By accepting the Prize, the Winner grants MCB Seychelles the right to publish his/her name and photograph(s) in the press and through relevant communication channels identified by MCB Seychelles. The Winner may be requested to appear in the national or international press or on the Bank's physical or digital promotional platforms. The Winner also agrees to share images of the trip and events attended for MCB Seychelles' public relations and marketing purposes.
6. The lottery draw to determine the Winner shall take place at the MCB Seychelles Victoria Main Branch, Caravelle House, Victoria, Mahé, in the presence of a representative of the Seychelles Police.
7. The Winner shall be contacted by telephone using the contact number(s) listed in the Bank's records.
8. MCB Seychelles reserves the right to review and modify these Terms and Conditions. Notice of any such changes shall be made available and published on the MCB Seychelles website, as applicable.
9. MCB Seychelles shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling any obligation under this Offer where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, power or communication failures, or any other events of a similar nature. In the event of such a force majeure occurrence, MCB Seychelles reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the Offer, or any part of it, without incurring any liability to Participants.
10. MCB Seychelles shall not be held responsible or liable to the Winner if the suppliers of the Prize fail to provide the Prize, if the Prize or any related services are of unsatisfactory quality, or for any acts, omissions or delays on the part of third-party partners involved in supplying the Prize.
11. Under no circumstances shall MCB Seychelles be liable to the Winner or any third party for any damage, loss or refund, the Winner's inability to benefit from the Prize, or a third party's failure or inability to provide the Prize.
12. The Offer and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Seychelles. In the event of any disagreement relating to these Terms and Conditions, MCB Seychelles' decision shall be final and without appeal.
13. MCB Seychelles will finalise all travel arrangements for the Winner and the accompanying person within a one-year time frame.
14. The Winner and the accompanying person must each hold a valid passport and any other relevant travel documents.
15. MCB Seychelles shall not be held responsible if the Winner is unable to avail himself/herself of the Prize for any reason, or in the event of a dispute relating to the application of these Terms and Conditions.
